About Me

Hi, I’m Irma.

I’ve always believed that connection is one of the most powerful gifts we can offer each other. Over the years, I’ve learned how much it matters to feel seen, heard and encouraged.

There have been times when I felt profoundly alone and isolated. I’ve learned how to use my pain and longing for connection to expand and grow personally.

As someone who has endured painful breakups, struggles with mental health and divorce, I can understand what it feels like to not only feel like I had no one to turn to, but truly be alone in the world.

Its’ been my softness and desire to let love be my strength that has enabled me to overcome life’s most painful challenges. I’ve realized, that the most rewarding and valuable purpose in life, is human connection. I’ve discovered what a beautiful heart I have, that’s been refined through the aches and pains of solitude. I continue to discover my center, and that is: my love for me, and the love I have for others. That is my True North.

True North was born from that refinement—helping people reconnect with themselves by first being seen and valued by another.

I can’t wait to meet you and help you discover your inner compass!

Love,

~Alisa
